A broken water pipe caused issues in the crawl space of this Oak Ridge Home. The homeowner had no clue until he felt a soft spot in his floor.  Fortunately, our team at SERVPRO have experience with these types of issues and were able to come in and develop a plan of action for the homeowner.

As you can see from this photo a small hole developed in the drain hose of a washing machine and caused floor water damage behind the machine that went undetected.  Fortunately, we were quickly able to begin the drying process and ge the home back to preloss condition.

Soot tags, also known as soot webs, are black sticky deposits left after a fire. They are comprised of ash and soot participles combining with moisture. Because of this they can be especially difficult to clean. It is important to clean up as soon as possible due to potential staining.

This was the aftermath of a kitchen fire in Greensboro. There was significant smoke and soot damage not only to the kitchen area but throughout the entire home.
