William Delgado was wonderful and so helpful! He made this process so much easier and it relieves stress!

I had the misfortune of having water damage due to an accident in the unit above mine. SERVPRO was there immediately to help and advise me. I met William D. (kept everyone on task, checked and double checked his work), Joe W, Spencer L and Jack W. All very courteous and did what needed to be done efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves as much as they could. They showed up when promised and explained each step as they went. William took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had his card so I could reach him if needed.

Being a manager of a group of health care providers in the field I know how important it is to have people you can count on to do the job without needing over the shoulder supervision. You have a great team here and they do your name proud.
